Website design and build process in DotNetNuke

Here is the (simplified) process I follow when building websites in DNN.

1. Design brief
- I try to get the design brief prepared to my specification by supplying detailed
questions and examples.

2. Wireframes are essential and cut down on time you spend designing

3. Design is based on the brief and wireframe

4. Prep for skinning

6. Skin

Hi Arthur, I am havnig the same issue.. I installed DNN on a subdomain and assigned it as the root for the domain however, Godaddy has added the subdomain testing as the relative path.. now all urls are havnig the .com/testing/.. on it. How do I remove it? Did you find a fix to the problem? Please let me know.

@Ruin Not quite sure where but I remember reading how to deal with that godaddy problem with older versions. Something had to be set in the web.config if I'm not mistaken. Sorry for vagueness, barely remember, but know it was possible.

@Salaro additional advantage is #DotNetNuke behind the #CataLook, implementing static content on #Magento is difficult and limited Posted 301 days ago
@Salaro in my opinion, out of the box #CataLook is much more flexible and has better functionality than #Magento but require more dev time Posted 301 days ago
